Resumen
This article presents a specific teaching practice that brings transgenderism into a vocational training classroom, defeating the notions that it cannot be done, it is too complicated, or it is controversial.
The article also discusses how personal experiences with transphobia can be used to act out different responses and vicariously
learn the consequences of the different alternatives. Afterward,
as part of a “train the trainers” session, we sought to identify
the attitudes and actions required of a social intervention professional,
and students reflected on how to intervene when transphobic bullying occurs. In addition, the article offers specific indicators for the detection of transphobia and homophobia in the classroom. (Extraído del documento)
